From David Armano: “Design” is more impor­tant than ever, but greatly misun­der­stood as a busi­ness tool. In addi­tion to the numerous busi­ness process design models in the deck — I used Facebook’s browser expe­ri­ence as an example of a design problem. Face­book is in the “feature-itis” stage of their ecosystem design and I suspect they know this and will work to fix it before the expe­ri­ence becomes too complex for partic­i­pants to tolerate.
