Think about the most successful brands in recent memory. It isn’t hard; it’s actu­ally getting to be a rather predictable list. What is it that Apple, Star­bucks, Target, JetBlue, BMW, eBay and Trader Joe’s promise? Damned if it isn’t the pursuit of Happi­ness! Why is the list so short?
